PepsiCo approached LAYER to help disrupt the saturated premium water space with an inventive and engaging new structure for the LIFEWTR brand.
By employing design sprints and a strategic approach to finding new product and business opportunities, the team at LAYER generated rounds of concepts and iterative development of new packaging forms, formats and materiality. The emphasis of the project was to uncover smarter, sustainable ways to transport and recycle LIFEWTR bottles as well as improve ergonomics and shelf standout.
